Items that are unused and unopened are returnable within 30 days of leaving our warehouse, with just a few exceptions:
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Personal hygiene products
- Perishable food items
- Pet Products
- Opened software and DVDs
- Oversized items requiring additional shipping
- Gift cards
